Passion Fruit Panna Cotta (Gelatin-free)


What you will need:

Panna Cotta
2dl (200ml) Whipping cream
1 dl (100ml) Jelly sugar
1 tsp ground vanilla
1 tsp poppy seeds (optional)

Passion fruit (8-10)
1 tbsp butter
2-3 tbsp granulated sugar


1. Add jelly sugar, whipping cream, vanilla , and poppy seeds (if using) to a small pot over medium - high heat and stir continuously until all sugar is dissolved. Mixture should just be on the verge of boiling, but do not allow to boil.
2. Remove pot from heat and pour cream evenly into your ramekins or preferred serving bowls. Place ramekins in refrigerator and lest set for at least 3 hours.
3. When ready to serve, mix passion fruit, butter, and sugar in a small pot over low-medium heat. Stir continuously until sugar is dissolved.
4. Pour over the set panna cotta and serve.
