Passion Fruit Panna Cotta

What you will need:

1 dl (100 ml cup) Jelly sugar (Jam sugar) 
4.5 dl (450 ml) whipping cream
1 vanilla stick (deseeded) 

Topping: 

Passion fruit x 4
1 tbsp butter
1-2 tbsp regular sugar (optional - depends on how sweet you want it to be)

 

1. Mix the jelly sugar, cream, and vanilla in a small pot over low-medium heat for abt 2 min. 
2. Pour into your serving bowls and refrigerate until set (abt 30 min). 
3. Mix the passion fruit, sugar, and butter in a small pot, over low-medium heat ~ 2 min. 
4. Pour over the set panna cotta and refrigerate again for another 30-60 min.
